    If you cancel less than 48 hours before departure, the booking is non-refundable.

    If you do not show up at the agreed departure time without notifying us, the booking is non-refundable.

  • Extreme Weather or Unsafe Conditions
    If we are forced to cancel the cruise due to extreme weather conditions or any other safety-related circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, the option to reschedule free of charge.
