During the booking process, you will automatically be given the option to add both your preferred drinks and platters to your reservation. If you would like to enjoy one of our catering options, please note that we require at least 24 hours’ notice to prepare everything to perfection.

You are of course also welcome to book your cruise without catering. In that case, you can simply give us a call to arrange your preferred platter, and the food can then be settled on board.

Cancellation Summary

 

  • Free Cancellation up to 48 Hours Before Departure
    If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled departure, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours
    If you cancel less than 48 hours before departure, the booking is non-refundable.

  • No-Show
    If you do not show up at the agreed departure time without notifying us, the booking is non-refundable.

  • Extreme Weather or Unsafe Conditions
    If we are forced to cancel the cruise due to extreme weather conditions or any other safety-related circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, the option to reschedule free of charge.

  • How to Cancel
    Cancellations must be made by email or phone, using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. The time of receipt of your cancellation message determines whether the 48-hour rule applies.
