Cancellation & weather
Plans change, and so does the Amsterdam sky. Here is how we take care of both.
We sail. The boat is covered and heated.
A full refund or credit.
A full refund or credit up to 48 hours before.
Booking & payment
Your cruise is reserved for you once it is paid in full. The price is per boat, not per person, so a smaller group does not change the price. Drinks and extras are settled on board.
If your plans change
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure and you receive a full refund or a credit for another date.
Within 48 hours of departure, the cruise is no longer refundable.
Rain & cold
Venice can be fully covered and is heated throughout, so rain and cold are no reason to cancel. Blankets are on board for those who prefer the open air.
When we do not sail
Your safety comes first. If we cancel because of the weather, such as storm, thunder or ice, or because of other unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund or credit.
We contact you as early as possible.
Late arrival & no-show
We wait for you, but the cruise ends at the time booked so the next guests can depart as planned. If you do not arrive, the full fare is charged.
On the water
Routes can change because of bridge works, events or busy canals. During the Amsterdam Light Festival, artworks are switched on and off by the organisers. Our skipper will always find you the most beautiful way through.
